Digesting Statements via Zapier
If a carrier or FMO delivers your commission statements through Google Drive, Box.com, Microsoft OneDrive, or another cloud storage service, you can set up Zapier to automatically send those files to ComTrack for Digest — no manual uploads required.
When to Use
Use Zapier when:
Statements are stored in a cloud provider’s folder
Statements are shared with you via a cloud storage link
You want them automatically processed by ComTrack as soon as they arrive
How to Set Up Zapier Digest
Sign in to Zapier (or create a free account).
Create a new Zap.
Step 1 — Trigger
Choose your cloud storage provider (Google Drive, Box.com, OneDrive, etc.).
Select a trigger like "New File Added" or "New File Shared With You".
Connect your cloud storage account and follow the prompts.
Step 2 — Action
Search for and select ComTrack.
Choose the action "Digest a File".
Connect your ComTrack account and authorize Zapier to send files.
That’s It!
Once this Zap is active:
Any new statement file in your designated cloud folder will automatically be sent to ComTrack
ComTrack will Digest it immediately
You won’t need to lift a finger
