Filtering by Agent List in ComTrack
The Filter by Agent List feature lets you instantly narrow your view to only the agents you want to work with — whether that’s by location, sub-agency, performance group, or any other criteria you define. This makes it easier to manage payroll configurations, reconciliations, and All Time rows for specific groups.
Why Use Agent Lists?
Instead of manually selecting agents one by one, you can create pre-made lists and filter instantly.
Common use cases:
All agents in Texas or Tennessee
All agents in a specific sub-agency (e.g., “ABC Agency”)
All agents under a certain manager
Top-performing or underperforming agents
Any custom grouping that helps you stay organized
Creating an Agent List
Go to the Agent Lists tab.
Create a new list and give it a descriptive name (e.g., Texas Agents, ABC Sub-Agency, Mark Norman Team).
-
Add agents to the list:
Manually: Type an agent’s name and select them.
-
Paste from Excel or Google Sheets:
You can paste a batch of agent names directly into the list.Tip: If your pasted names are in
LAST, FIRSTformat (e.g.,Stark, Tony), ComTrack will automatically reformat them toFirst Lastusing the Normalize Format button. This ensures names match exactly with ComTrack records so filtering works correctly.
Filtering by Agent List
Once your list is ready:
In Home, All Time, or Dashboard, click Filter by Agent List.
Select your desired list from the dropdown.
Click Filter — only agents from that list will be shown.
Example
List Name: ABC Sub-Agency
Agents in List: Evan McGuffey, Sally Doe, Tony Stark
After Filtering: Only these three agents appear.
