Guide to Downloading Commission Files for New Era
Step 1: Log In
Access the New Era platform.
Log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Commission in Advance
Locate the 'Commission in Advance' section.
Step 3: Select an Agent Number
Iterate through the list of agent numbers.
Select the appropriate agent number for the commission.
Step 4: Access Commission Files
Identify the commission files related to the selected agent.
Click on 'Details' for each file.
Step 5: Download Files in CSV Format
After clicking 'Details', find the option to 'Download CSV Format'.
Ensure you download the file for each commission.
Step 6: Include 'New Era' in File Names
When saving each file, make sure to add 'New Era' in the file name.
Step 7: Repeat for Additional Files
Continue the process for any additional commission files as needed.
