Using Scan for Data Retrieval
Step 1: Accessing Scan
Begin by entering the Scan application.
Note that the process is similar to that of GoldKidney.
Ensure to search for both the person's name and their agency, if applicable.
Step 2: Navigating to Statements
Click on the 'Statements' section within the Scan application.

Input the required parameters:
From: [Specify start date]
To: [Specify end date]
Click on 'Search' to retrieve data.
Step 3: Reviewing Search Results
Check the search results for any available data.
If no data appears, proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Comparing Data
If applicable, use the 'Compare' feature to analyze different datasets.
Again, check for any available data.
Step 5: Exporting Data
For each dataset retrieved, click on 'Excel' to export the data.
