Commission Report Download Process
Step 1: Access Commission Reporting
Navigate to the Stephens and Matthews platform.
Click on 'Commission Reporting'.
Select 'Commission Report'.
Step 2: Select Year
Choose the year for the report (e.g., 2025).
Ensure the start and end dates are correctly entered.
Step 3: Iterate Through Files
Select the desired file from the list.
Click on the file to open it.
Step 4: Download the Report
Click on the 'PDF' option to view the report.
Hit 'Download' to save the file.
Step 5: Rename the File
Add 'Stephen's' as a suffix to the file name before saving.
Step 6: Repeat Process
Go back to the list and repeat the process for the next file.
