1. Accessing the Book of Business 0:00
- Navigate to the Book of Business section.
- Click on the 'Commissions' tab.

- Look for the monthly commission summary available in CSV format.
- Note that weekly commission statements are also available.
3. Downloading the Correct Files 0:34
- Only download the weekly commission statements in CSV format.
- Avoid downloading the monthly summary as it may lead to rejection.
4. Selecting the Relevant Weeks 0:46
- If you received payments in a week, download that week's statement.
- If there are no payments for a week, do not download that statement.
5. Avoiding Incorrect Downloads 0:52
- Do not download the monthly commission summary as it is not accurate and will be rejected.
